Hospitals with their different occupational groups are among the toughest working environments. For the BGW, we invited hospital staff into the studio for a social experiment. We wanted to find out what doctors, nurses and administrative staff have in common beyond their everyday work. There was a lot to discover. Not an entirely new idea, but an inspiring approach to a rather grim topic.
